生まれ変わった「オーディーエス株式会社」
当社は、2022年12月1日をもって新生「オーディーエス株式会社」へと生まれ変わりました。
業務用タブレット型PC事業を主軸とする東京のオーディーエス株式会社と、企業様のサポートやアウトソーシングを主軸とする 鳥取のODSコミュニケーションサービス株式会社のグループ企業体制から、両社を統合した一社体制に致しました。※
従前の二社は、ともに国内の民生用音響機器市場を支えたメジャー企業の関係会社を出自しますが、 音響不況以前に独立し、現在ではB2B領域にて独自のビジネス価値を確立しております。しかし、昨今のコロナ禍の影響は、生活様式、価値観、働き方などの多くの変容をもたらし、日常生活では多様性が急速に拡大しました。 今後の企業は更なるフレキシビリティさがなければ時代の変化に追従できません。 これらの状況を踏まえ、当社は勇気と覚悟を持って、過去の沿革に縛られる事なく、次の未来に向かう仲間と共に、独自に新たな歴史を刻み始める決断を致しました。 当社の基幹事業である業務用タブレット型PCは、製品の企画・開発・販売を行い、あらゆるビジネス領域にてご愛顧をいただいております。 今後はタッチ式小型PCの域を超えたデバイス面の進化と環境変化に即したサービス提供の両輪により、次の時代にふさわしい尖ったソリューションベンダーとして、社会に貢献して参ります。

Our company has been reborn as the new "ODS Corporation". We have been developing our business as a group with two companies: a company that has been engaged in planning, development, and sales of tablet PC products, and a service company that has been providing repair services mainly for AV products, support services centered on call centers, and outsourcing services to meet other company’s diversifying needs. These two companies have been developing their business as a group but have now been merged into a single company.
The reorganization was conducted through an absorption-type company split in which the newly established ODS Corporation succeeded all businesses of the two former companies, former ODS Corporation and ODS Communication Services Corporation, and became the new ODS Corporation effective as of December 1st, 2022.
Both our former companies have been growing through the relationship in the past with one of the major AV company that once supported the domestic audio equipment business, but we have already established our own business fields and can provide our own value propositions now. Incidentally, the impact of COVID-19 over these years has brought changes in our lifestyle, how we spend our time, and how we work, and we will need to cater to more diversified values in our daily lives. On the other hand, changes in the corporate and business environment in Japan of the post-COVID era have unfortunately created a sense of deadlock feelings, but we, as a company, needs to have more flexibility to overcome these changes as a driving force for growth. Having experienced these various changes in the recent years, we have decided to be bold and face the uncertainty of the next era, and so, we are making various preparations. We have made the decision to begin carving out a new history on our own with our colleagues who are moving into the future, without being bounded by our past history.
Tablet PCs, which is our core business, are the touch devices that enhance productivity in all business fields. We will develop these tablet PCs into a cutting-edge service device which can cater to various needs of the future, and by utilizing these devices as a core, we aim to become a solution vendor that can contribute to the society by providing services suited to the next new era. In addition, we will continue to perfect the quality control and process management that we have cultivated through production process reviews, a field in which Japan excelled in the past, as well as the business support know-hows that we have developed to improve customer satisfaction. We will utilize these specialized original skills to continue to contribute to the creation of our clients’ corporate value and the enhancement of their brand value as a driving force. We will “Visualize” the value that can be created by having business relationship with us. By uniting the two former company into one, we will continue to take on the challenges of the uncertain new era by transforming our driving force for the next era into our overall strength.
We value the alliances and collaborations with other companies and would like to continue to grow together with our business partners. By providing our products and services, we would like to contribute to the future society and to provide the “Abundance” of the next generation. The new “ODS Corporation” would like to continue to make every effort to meet your expectations, and we look forward to your continued guidance and support.
